DeyGo propose deux applications mobiles (Android et iOS), disponibles au Cameroun : DeyGo, l'appli passagers, et DeyGo Pro, l'appli chauffeurs. DeyGo réunit : Course, Covoiturage, Livraison, Réservation & Airport Express, Ligne Nsimalen, Marketplace, Wallet.
DeyGo offers two mobile apps (Android and iOS), available in Cameroon: DeyGo, the passenger app, and DeyGo Pro, the driver app. DeyGo brings together: Rides, Carpooling, Delivery, Bookings & Airport Express, Nsimalen Line, Marketplace, Wallet.

## Services (FR)
- **Course** : Un chauffeur vient vous chercher. Vous suivez son arrivée en direct, vous discutez avec lui dans l'appli, et le prix est connu avant de partir.
- **Covoiturage** : Partagez vos trajets avec des passagers qui vont dans la même direction. Vous voyagez ensemble, vous payez moins.
- **Livraison** : Un document, un colis, un cadeau : envoyez-le partout, vite.
- **Réservation & Airport Express** : Programmez vos trajets à l'avance. Avec Airport Express, une course Confort vous attend à l'aéroport. La diaspora peut même réserver depuis l'Europe pour un proche ou pour son arrivée. Le prix exact est affiché dans l'appli avant de confirmer, et l'Airport Express se paie à la réservation.
- **Ligne Nsimalen** : Chaque 12 et 13 du mois, DeyGo organise des départs depuis plusieurs points de Yaoundé vers le sanctuaire marial de Nsimalen. Réservez votre place dans l'appli.
- **Marketplace** : Restaurants, boutiques, prestataires : commandez directement dans l'appli, en livraison ou en retrait. Votre paiement est sécurisé et le commerçant n'est payé qu'à la livraison.
- **Wallet** : Toutes vos transactions au même endroit : rechargez par Mobile Money, payez vos courses et vos achats, envoyez de l'argent. Plus jamais de « je n'ai pas la monnaie ».

## Services (EN)
- **Rides**: A driver comes to pick you up. Track their arrival live, chat with them in the app, and know the price before you leave.
- **Carpooling**: Share your trips with passengers heading the same way. Travel together, pay less.
- **Delivery**: A document, a parcel, a gift: send it anywhere, fast.
- **Bookings & Airport Express**: Schedule your trips in advance. With Airport Express, a Comfort ride is waiting for you at the airport. The diaspora can even book from Europe for a loved one or for their own arrival. The exact price is shown in the app before you confirm, and Airport Express is paid when you book.
- **Nsimalen Line**: Every 12th and 13th of the month, DeyGo runs departures from several points in Yaoundé to the Marian shrine of Nsimalen. Book your seat in the app.
- **Marketplace**: Restaurants, shops, service providers: order right in the app, for delivery or pickup. Your payment is secured and the merchant is only paid on delivery.
- **Wallet**: All your transactions in one place: top up with Mobile Money, pay for rides and purchases, send money. No more “I don't have change”.

## Paiement / Payment
- Le prix est connu avant de partir : Le prix de la course est affiché dans l'appli avant que vous commandiez. Pas de surprise à l'arrivée.
- Vous payez à la fin de la course : Avec le Wallet, vous recevez une notification pour valider le paiement, et l'argent est transféré au chauffeur. En espèces, vous payez directement le chauffeur.
- Remboursé tout de suite : Airport Express annulé : remboursement instantané et sans frais. Commande Marketplace annulée : remboursement immédiat sur votre Wallet.
- You know the price before you go: The fare is shown in the app before you order. No surprises on arrival.
- You pay at the end of the ride: With the Wallet, you get a notification to confirm the payment and the money goes to the driver. In cash, you pay the driver directly.
- Refunded right away: Airport Express cancelled: instant refund, no fee. Marketplace order cancelled: immediate refund to your Wallet.
